De broers Garnier zijn samen eigenaar van een klein aantal wijngaarden in een charmant plaatsje, vlak bij de plaats ‘Chablis’. Altijd in voor een plezierig gesprek waarbij zijn drijfveer ‘finesse’ snel weer ter sprake komt. Knisperend droge wijnen, ragfijn, en een niet te hoog zuur is zijn credo. Op deze historische kalkgronden slaagt hij hier op indrukwekkende wijze in. Zijn rigoureuze aanpak vervult hij met passie.
Nadat hij twee jaar werkzaam was bij Domaine Laroche, heeft Michél Laroche hem gevraagd in de cave van Jérome ook wijnen voor Laroche te vinifieren. Hoe groot kan een compliment zijn...
